The Competencies assessed by our our on line assessment model are listed below.Because the entire model is confidential and also because allowing candidates free access to specific behavioural indicators would compromise the objectivity of the assessment process only the headings are described here.
However, complete and very detailed behavioural indicators are provided to the client to assist them in selecting those Competencies which are most relevant to their particular assessment requirement.
For instance 'General Communication' has 23 specific behavioural indicators including :
