Psychometric assessment provides a fundamental and highly specific measure of a candidate's personality and can be used for a wide range of jobs.
However, in some cases it may not be feasible for a client to carry out psychometric assessment on site. Perhaps a candidate for a job may be in another part of the country, or there may be too many candidates to test all in one go.

The On Line Assessment System is an Internet-based assessment system, which administers, scores and then produces a descriptive personality profile report based on the 12 scale, 112 item Work Personality Questionnaire. An invitation is sent to the Test Taker by email and the Test Taker completes the on line questionnaire. The client can then log onto our dedicated assessment site at any time to view or download a test results report. The system is designed for use in recruitment and selection.

What does the On Line Assessment Measure?The WPQ is a fully factor analysed, normative and trait-based measure of personality, designed and standardised for web based administration. The report is designed as a starting point for assessment and is in a structured feedback interview format. As with all good test practice it must to be fed back to the candidate to ensure accuracy, and be supported with information from other sources. The report is not to be used without feedback or in isolation. The report is not suitable for use as a development tool.
