About us. Founded in 1995, Liam Healy and Associates are a firm of Registered and Chartered Occupational Psychologists who specialise in solving business and organisational problems through applied psychology. We also develop and publish Psychometric Tests and were one of the first firms in the UK to pioneer On-Line Psychometric Assessment.
We also pioneered the development of on-line and software based tools, and use of the internet for both personal and professional development.
Working within a legally defined rigorous professional standard, we apply the science of psychology to solving people problems in the workplace. Respect for people, safe, competent and ethical, evidence- based practice are our core values.
Our senior Psychologist, Liam Healy BSc(Hons) MSc CPsychol CSci AFBPsS is both a BPS Chartered and HCPC (UK Government’s Regulatory Body for Psychologists) Registered Occupational Psychologist.
Liam is also a Chartered Scientist (registered with the Research Council) and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He has held several senior posts within the British Psychological Society including Chief Assessor for the BPS Board of Assessors in Occupational Psychology .
Liam has written and edited numerous books and articles, and is the Author of More How To Win at Aptitude Tests, Harper Collins; and Psychometric Testing for Dummies, John Wiley.
Although based in the UK, we have clients in Europe and as far afield as South Africa, North and South America, the Middle East and Australia. We have built up relationships with many of our clients over many years, and have developed a deep understanding of their businesses, and the changing environments and challenges they face. We have worked with some of the largest and best known companies and organisations in the world across the full spectrum of industry and public sectors.
